Looking south at the front and side of the Los Angeles Herald Examiner Building, located at 1111 S. Broadway. It is historical landmark no. 178, designated on August 17, 1977. It is in mission revival style, with colorful domes, tile roofs, white walls and arched openings. Julia Morgan designed the building, which was constructed between 1912 and 1915.
