Architect: D. B. Khazanov Designer: A. I. Rabinovich, co-author, architect. S.V. Tikhonov. Folk craftsmen Yu. Musaev, Ishonkhon Kholuk-Nazarov and others took part in the construction and decoration of the building. The theater was used in this form until 1948. In 1950, the decoration inside and out was completed.
