It was square, the tents and the Sanctus. The entrance facade was finished in semicircular, the sides were one window. During the flood in 1997, the chapel partly collapsed, the rest was demolished by a bulldozer. Status chapel from demolition: roof with holes, the peripheral walls to the original amount (also water damage), broken windows, without doors, inside devastated. The chapel is already plotted on a map of Stable register from 1836. The land on which the chapel stood among the Silesian village of Rudoltice is currently being prepared chapel restoration in its original form, just in a slightly smaller size.
