This is a unique snapshot of 1918 third three-storey house on the right in the architectural style of the Empire survived till now (house number 9) .Chetverty right - it is the home city Duma (not preserved) .Nemetsky garrison was in Zhitomir in 1918 at the invitation of Chairman of the Central Rada M. FROM. Grushevskogo to maintain order and security. December 13, 1918 the German garrison left Zhitomir.
