54th Street, west from Fifth Avenue. To the right is the University Club at the N.W. corner of this point, while beyond is the Warwick, at the N..E. corner of Sixth Avenue. Between same is a modern structure, reputed to have been financed by the Rockefeller who formerly resided opposite same. At this date, the John D. Rockefeller Sr. home is gone leaving his son 's standing (left center) 12, 1938.
