After 1961 health resort received a new name - holiday house "The Seagull." By this time the resort began to operate year-round, and could take in its two buildings while 250 tourists, with 150 of them - in the main building. Treatment of patients was organized mainly in general resort treatment and diagnostic departments and offices. The resort operated a billiard room, a library and a club with a small cinema.
