Aerial view of Edwin Markham Junior High, located at 1650 E. 104th Street in the Watts section of Los Angeles view is looking south. Ground was broken on January 22, 1956 and the architect was William H. Harrison. Compton Avenue is vertically along the right 104th Street is horizontally at forefront Grandee Avenue is middle left to mid-photo, and railroad tracks run from middle left to top left. The Pacific Electric Watts Line runs from middle left to top left and middle left to top right corner the Pacific Electric car house is at left. Photograph was taken for William H. Harrison (the school architect). Photograph dated October 23, 1957.
