Sarkdar Mosque of the Shiite current of Islam in Yerevan. The mosque was built in the nineteenth century Khan Abbas Mirza Kovanly Kajar. The infase of the mosque was covered with green and blue glazed bricks and tiles reflecting Persian architectural styles. After the capture of Yerevan by the Russian Empire, the mosque was turned into a residential barracks other than the former prayer hall, whatever the "place of God". By the 1910th year.
