Sarkdar Mosque of the Shiite current of Islam in Yerevan. The mosque was built in the nineteenth century Khan Abbas Mirza Kovanly Kajar. The infase of the mosque was covered with green and blue glazed bricks and tiles reflecting Persian architectural styles. After the capture of Yerevan by the Russian Empire, the mosque was turned into a residential barracks other than the former prayer hall, whatever the "place of God". By the 1910th year. The main body was almost collapsed, and by the beginning of the 1930s, in spite of the protests of architects and historians of the government in the 1st godless five-year period almost broke the core. Now there are three parts of the bearing walls.
