It was not preserved. The first headquarters of the National Congress, located on Victoria Street, house nº318–330, today Iriahoen Street. The building was built in 1863 by engineer Jonas Larguia. Meetings were held here from 1865 to September 1905, after which it was replaced by the current building. Partially preserved. About the place where the building was located, it resembles a memorial plate .
