Netherland Ave., west side, between West 254th and 256th Streets, showing a two-story frame building on the former estate of G.P. Morisini (Bromley's 1924 map as revised to September 1932). The Robinson and Bromley maps from 1879 to 1893 show it to be part of the Martin Bates estate. April 24, 1937. Conditional point.
