The castle, known since the mid-17th century, consisted of a main house with outbuildings around a quadrangular courtyard. The front façade of the building faced the garden, located in the southwest. In 1846, the estate was bought by Jacques Damoiseau, and everything changed: a new house was built in the center with two wings of outbuildings facing each other. The composition axis is rotated 90°. In the second half of the 19th century. Between the road and the house, on the site of the driveway, a small landscaped park was laid out.
