25 to 33 W. 54th Street, north side, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, showing among at same, No. 27 which was the town house of Chauncev M. Denew for many years. According to the Nee York Sun of April 29, 1938 this has been sold to the N.K. Winston interests, who Pave acquired same in connection with plans for a 14 story apartment house. The Wallenstein Construction Co. is associated with this organization in this project. Yale University, Elise Strang L'Esperance, Nay Strang, Charles A. Paulding and Anne Depew Paulding were the sellers. May 3, 1938.
