Medium prismatic chapel windowless flat finish on a rectangular ground plan covered with slate-topped tents prismatic bell tower with tent roof. Rectangular lobby entrance facade, segmented side pilasters was ended segments and above the axis was placed a small niche. The outer walls are smooth, without breakdown. Municipal chapel stood on a steep slope above the pond navesnim on the eastern edge of the former rectangular square in the middle of the village. The chapel is already plotted on a map of Stable register from 1841. The land on which the chapel stood, belongs to the town Žlutice.
