Small sacred building was rectangular plan with a segmented conclusion roofed combined roof. Above the plane of the roof went clinker with a conical roof. The construction of the chapel was half-timbered. Witness tells of bells, which visívaly in the chapel: "Several years ago I was visiting my cousin in nearby Vienna Woods appeared old document. After careful reading, I found that this is a manifestation of his grandfather Anton Recht, who was 35 years old mayor Willowtrees and Nova Ves. It must have been in 1922 when the then new bell was consecrated thanks to numerous donations from the faithful at the parish priest Josef Zeischkovi.
