Horray for Hollywood II. The sign atop Mount Lee that stands as a beacon of hope for many who come to L.A. will get an addition, signaling the beginning of a civic campaign to put the twinkle back in Tinsel Town. The placement by helicopter of the 45-foot-by-45-foot Roman numeral II is one of serveral projects planned in Hollywood. The projects, ranging from entertainment to education to a neighborhood cleanup, are sponsored by Hollywood II, a coalition of citizens and businesses promoting the revitalization of Hollywood as a major area for growth.
