Bank customers in line outside the Burbank branch of Valley National Bank, 301 E. Olive Avenue at 3rd Street (left), which also intersects with Orange Grove and Palm avenues further west.After this Valley National Bank branch moved to a new structure at the southeast corner of Orange Grove Avenue and Glenoaks Boulevard in the late-1970s, the structure was sold, and, at some point, became property of the City of Burbank, who converted it into a municipal administration building.
