Front exterior view of the two-story home located at 3115 West Adams Boulevard. Photograph dated November 1977. Designed in an Italian Gothic style by Joseph Cather Newsom for J. T. Fitzgerald in 1903, this is the oldest reinforced concrete house in Los Angeles. It was designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 258 in 1982.
