Modern, built in 1906. Arh. G. B. Broekema, with the participation of local arh. B. Rouwkema. Zdanie burned down in October 1986 and was not restored. But - preserved copy! In 1910, in the town of Almelo / Almelo by the same architect G. B. Broekema was built villa. which still exists today
