This antique wooden stadium with covered grandstand was built in 1935 at a cost of $20,000 with a seating capacity of 2,500. The home teams have included the California Angels (Pacific Coast League - Spring Training) 1937-1942 Ontario Orioles (Sunset League) 1947 and Chaffey High School - present. Due to its 'old-time' stadium appearance, it has been used as a set for "The Babe", "A League of Their Own" and "The X-Files".
