The St. Jacobikirche in Oranienstraße 132-134 was built in 1844/45 by Friedrich August Stüler and Gustav Holtzmann after a sketch of Friedrich Wilhelm IV. The elongated brick building in the form of an early Christian basilica contrasts with the bell tower, which is freely located on the side of the church, over the base of which four floors open through three -girded arcades. To the street, the ensemble is limited by a square, surrounded by pillar halls, to the side of which the rectory built in 1857-59 and right, the preacher house, which was built in 1865/66, joined the preacher house, both based on Stüler's designs. In the middle of the courtyard, a statue of St. James by Emil Alexander Hopfgarten, which was set up in 1845. The Ensemble in 1945 destroyed to the surrounding walls in 1953-57. 1979-82 new construction of two parish houses.
