Die Einweihung der größten Binnenschleuse Europas in Anderten b./Hannover fand am 20. Juni durch den Reichspräsidentenen von Hindenburg statt. Das erste Schiff mit dem Reichspräsident von Hindenburg an Bord, wird durch die neue festlich geschmückte 300 m lange Hindenburg-Schleuse geschleust.
