Progress Photograph Number 26 of the William Penn Hotel. The hotel was designed by Janssen and Abbot and the construction engineer was James L. Stuart. The steel framing of the two lowest levels for the lobby are twice as tall as the stories for the rooms. May 1st, 1915.
