Motorcar 28-27 takes a rest at the depot before servicing the interurban loop between Mannheim and Heidelberg. A lonely pigeon takes guard. This type of motorcars (series 21/22 - 61/62) were locally build (1928) by Waggonfabrik Fuchs in Heidelberg.
