Put in a set of 10.02.1976 / 05.12.1977 Signed print g.Stroyizdat. Moskva.Stroitelstvo house belongs to 1898. Immediately after defending his diploma project Shchusev few months spent in Chisinau and marries Mary Vikentievna Karchevskii, the sister of his classmate. The young family settled in a modest house Chisinau suburbs - Char Valley (the title of today's Rose Valley). And soon there, surrounded by an orchard over the ravine of the project the young architect was built two-storey country house for Michael Vikentievich Karchevsky.
