It refers to the "Types of monuments, architectural and other noteworthy places in France" catalog is now available, "Detroit Publishing Company" (1905). This area is located in a place where previously there was a medieval fortress Grand Chatelet, built around 1130 by King Louis VI on the Ile de la Cite, the island in the Seine River, which forms the historic center of Paris.
