Built in the 13th century, the castle was rebuilt in the XIX century. In the style of Gothic Renaissance. The castle from all sides is surrounded by a moat with water. In 1932, a fire occurred, and the castle burned out. The healthy ones gradually fell into decay, despite attempts to restore from the owners who replaced each other. In December 2017, the castle was bought by the public as a result of a campaign to raise funds in the Internet, the main goals of which are the termination of the degradation of the building and the operation of the castle, outbuildings, as well as estates with an area of 2.1 ha.
