In the architectural design of city highways, squares, parks, a prominent place belongs to monumental sculpture. Mashtots and others were erected. The monument to the victims of the 1915 genocide is located on the Tsitsernakaberd Upland. In 1950, a park was laid out on a rocky hill, which has now turned into one of the largest green areas of the capital. The memorial complex consists of 12 pylons arranged in a circle and slightly inclined towards the center. In the center is the eternal flame. The basalt wall, on which bas-reliefs depicting the events of this tragedy will be carved, is somewhat to the side.
