Camera is looking east up Fulton Street to the scene of an accident which occurred to E.S. Powell at about 1:50 PM on September 24, 1917. The photo also shows the south rail of the wooden foot-bridge from the northeast corner of Fulton and Greenwich Streets and the portion of curved car track for the New York Railway Co.
