The Merchandise Mart Building at the corner of 7th and Olive streets, houses Innes Shoes and more than a dozen leading wholesalers of art, gifts, china, glass and novelty items. It was remodeled at an expenditure of $100,000, and its upper floors transformed into attractive showrooms.
