Hundreds of independent truckers drive slowly across the Vincent Thomas Bridge near the Long Beach-San Pedro Harbor terminals, honking their horns to protest what they call low pay by shippers. Port of Los Angeles spokeswoman Julie Nagano said no problems were reported."
