Sjøgata 35 var en flott liten forretningsgård bygd tidlig på 1830-tallet. Et utall av forretninger holdt til her gjennom årene, de siste var Kvaals tobakksforretning, før brannen i 1969 gjorde ende på alt. - I dag er nr. 35/37 Clarion Collection Hotel With. A house with a commercial ground floor built in the early 1830s. It was a haven for a number of shops over the years of its existence until the May fire of 1969, which put an end to everything. Today, under the address Morskaya st. 35 and 37 are the buildings of the Clarion Collection Hotel, built in the 80s.
