The German Reichstag, which houses the Parliament that passed these new laws. In 1901, a national monument to Bismarck by Reinhold Begas was erected in front of the Reichstag building, in connection with which the appearance of the square changed again: paving stones and a round lawn with several paths leading to standing in the middle of the Victory Column, in 1938-1939 he was transferred with the then Königsplatz to the Big Star Square, in the northern part of which he is still present, already on new pedestals.
