A long line of cars down Broadway, being directed by traffic policemen, advertising the use of kerosene for fuel. Signs read "Help your government, conserve gasoline, we are using kerosene, Kerosene Motor Appliance Co." The building is a "taxpayer" building, bounded by Central Park West, 60th Street, and 61st Street.
