In reconstruction, Mimo tower and annex has a new roof. The roof of the tower is made of trimmed sheet metal. The plaster is partly damaged. The original church stood on the site of today's chapel of St. John the Baptist. The construction of today's baroque church was started in 1724 and completed in 1726. Towards the end of the 18th century, the village of Zdislava became a place of pilgrimage. Pilgrims also came from Saxony and Silesia. The faithful came to venerate the image of the Mother of God, which was located in a chapel in the forest (to this day, this place is called "U Obrázek") and a statue dated to around 1700, located on the right side of the altar, which had miraculous powers. These sacral artefacts were removed from their places in 1783 and the statue was deposited in the library of the archbishopric in Prague. In the first phase, the villagers forcibly prevented the statue from being taken to Prague, but it was later transported.
