The southeast corner of Olive and 7th Streets, looking toward the building originally built as the Ville de Paris Department Store circa 1917, then remodeled in 1940 as the Merchandise Mart to accommodate various wholesale businesses. Innes Shoes and Beckman Furs occupy the street level.
