Immediately after defending his diploma project Shchusev few months spent in Chisinau and marries Mary Vikentievna Karchevskii, the sister of his classmate. The young family settled in a modest house Chisinau suburbs - Char Valley (the title of today's Rose Valley). And soon there, surrounded by an orchard over the ravine of the project the young architect was built two-storey country house for Michael Vikentievich Karchevsky.
