The 6-story apartment house (No. 62-60) shown is at, what was formerly the N.E. corner of Morton Street (prior to the extension of Seventh Ave.). Building on the extreme right (bearing bank sign) is No. 48 and adjoining the N.E. corner of Leroy Street Bedford Street at that point being only 37 feet long between Seventh Ave. and Leroy Street.
