Photograph caption dated July 31, 1985 reads, "This Ford Fairmont station wagon wound up in a rather unusual parking space yesterday when the driver accidentally pressed the accelerator, not the brake, and broke through the cement barrier, or a parking structure near County-USC Medical Center. No one was injured in the mishap, although the car teetered about 200 feet above the ground. The vehicle was finally halted by a steel cable strung around the edge of the parking structure. Hospital security officers would not release the name of the embarrassed driver."Location is approximate.
