Backing onto the mountain of Rheims and overlooking vineyards, Rilly la Montagne has kept its character and traditions of a small Champagne village.Picture represents a "Gué", which is an artificial pond, with a gentle slope on one side usually approximately 1 meter deep , for horses to have access. It was used for horse drinking and refreshing.
