County Hall of Records building seems to be pushed aside by the new Criminal Courts Building, as seen from the Spring Street rotunda of City Hall, Dec. 13, 1970. Constructed between 1909 and 1911 to the cost of over a million dollars, the 12-story original Hall of Records at 220 N. Broadway was demolished in September, 1973.
