The first stage of construction dates back to the middle of the XII century. The erection of the southern tower began Article 1240. The Northern Tower was completed in 1266. A large -scale restoration campaign was carried out from 1851 to 1855 under the leadership of the Arch. Alfons Durana, student of Violle-le-Duk.
