Park Avenue, south from 54th Street with New York Central Building in center background, newly completed, the newest building in the picture. By far the oldest building in sight is No. 378 to the extreme right, on the N.W. corner of 53rd Street. The Racquet and Tennis Club is the building just south of it. On the east side of the Avenue, the Hotel Ambassador between 52nd and 51st Street hides St. Barthelomew's Church. The next visible building on that side is the Railroad Y.W.C.A., where the new Waldorf Astoria will open in October 1931. April 24, 1928
