Looking south from the water courtyard of the General Office Building of the Department of Water and Power, located at 111 N. Hope Street. The DWP General Office Building was designed by Albert C. Martin and Associates and completed in 1964 to the cost of $26,700,000. In November 2000, in honor of longtime council member John Ferraro, the structure was renamed the John Ferraro Building.
