In November 1936,the City of New York acquired a 12-story structure (the former Elks clubhouse) at 102-14 Livingston Street, Brooklyn and will house these offices there after extensive alterations ( 800,000). The edifice with the sloping roof is the Savoy Plaza Hotel and is on the east side of Fifth Ave. between 58th and 59th Streets.<br>August 4, 1937.
