Looking southeast across Wilshire Boulevard at Manhattan Place towards the Wiltern Theatre and the 12-story Pellissier Building. Some of the signature Wilshire Lanterns are seen along the south side (right center) of the boulevard and numerous cars are parked along the north side (left). The entire 1931 French Zig-Zag Moderne style complex, which includes ground floor businesses, the Wiltern Theatre, and the Pellissier Building, was designed by Stiles O. Clements and is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
