The house is located in Sofia. A monumental structure, namira se on blvd. “Vitosha” 2, between the streets “Alabin”, “Lavelé” and “Positano.” The corresponding chamber was conceived in the region for the 19th century and an international competition was held for it, it was speeded up by the Bulgarian architect Nikola Lazarov, but crunch the wars and the past postponement of the project. The prez of 1928 was last redesigned by architect Pencho Koychev. The city of prez was built in the period 1929-1940. The building was built up from 8400 m². When finished, it smashed 640 rooms, 24 meeting rooms, 3 halls and 8 courtyards. The interior has an architectural appearance, the monument has its own monumentality and is strictly refined in a classic form.
