The 40-story Fuller Building (Walker & Guillette, 1929), in the northeast corner of Madison Avenue and 57th Street. June 1930.The Fuller Building is an office skyscraper in Manhattan located at 41 East 57th Street on the corner of Madison Avenue. It was built for the Fuller Construction Company in 1929 after they moved from the Flatiron Building. The building was designed by Walker & Gillette in the Art Deco style, although in a very conservative fashion. The building's exterior features architectural sculpture by Elie Nadelman, and the interior has richly decorated vestibules and lobbies featuring marble walls, bronze detailing, and mosaic floors.
