Crowds cross 7th street in this Christmas time view of Broadway looking south. Best Drug stores was located at 700 South Broadway. That building has since been demolished. The Haas Building is in the foreground.Morgan, Walls and Morgan designed the 1915 Haas Building (219 W. Seventh Street), which was built as an office building by businessman Abraham Haas. This twelve-story structure was designed in the classical Beaux Arts style, but in the 1970s a metal skin was added. In 2009 the building was converted into apartments.
