Eisenach
It was erected in 1902, in the south of Eisenach, as a military monument to 87 soldiers who fell during the Franco-German War of 1870/71. The monument is included in the list of national monuments of the German Brotherhood, in memory of the German Empire. During WWII, the monument was not damaged, but suffered senseless destruction (windows, statues, roofing), because nobody did it. Refurbished in 2006
