The view goes over the Spree to the wooden Moabiter bridge built in 1868/69 and the corner house on Kirchstrasse listed around 1880. To the left of a machine house of the royal porcelain manufacturer built directly on the water in 1871, which has had its location here since 1868/69. On the right behind the freight bends part of the site of the second machine building facility and iron foundry by August Borsig. In 1846 the entrepreneur bought the factory founded ten years earlier by the royal sea treatment to promote steamship at Kirchstrasse 6 and, after the RuFer's bank, began to build a work that was completed in 1849. In the background, the free-standing tower of the St. Johannis Church on the Alt-Moabit street in 1853 is visible.
